We supply and charge for LABOR ONLY to get the job done. There are no UP FRONT CHARGES or FEES. You pay only for the work COMPLETED. We offer services to both investors and homeowners alike, with the peace of mind that the contractor that you chose is professional and fully insured!
You supply the materials required for the work you want done. This way, you only buy what is actually needed. This allows you to shop around and get the best prices. It is solely up to you. Anything not used (scraps, excess, etc) is yours to keep or return as desired. We will even pick up your order for you if you don't have a way of hauling it, provided we are doing the work.
Payment is to be made in full upon completion of work, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Should you need any MAJOR or PERMIT required Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC services then I recommend that you ALWAYS call a Licensed Certified Professional.
Fully Insured Contractor. Make sure the contractor you hire is INSURED. This protects you and the contractor. If the contractor is not insured, you could lose money and be left with a mess. If you choose to hire a contractor that’s not insured, yes, you will probably get a lower bid, however, if that contractor, or one of his employees get injured on the job, guess who gets sued. Or, if the contractor makes a mistake and 6 months later the work falls apart, guess who eats the cost.
We offer a solution that keeps your cost low, allows for better control of expenses, and more importantly, the peace of mind knowing the contractor is insured for the project you need done.
